Meet Mali! 9-year-old Mali Joy spent the first 8 years of her life in an orphanage on the other side of the world. At 2 months old, Mali was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, which created many challenges for her as she grew as she was unable to get the proper treatment and medical care she needed. But none of this stopped her—she is a fighter with the biggest, most beautiful smile you'll ever see!

Meet our newest hero, Noelle! Our Thanksgiving Day hero. Noelle is one of our youngest heroes at just 11 months old, and she was diagnosed with B-cell leukemia in May of 2025.

Meet our newest hero, Jameson! 3-year-old Jameson was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma six weeks after his third birthday. Jameson is a champion. Despite all that he's been through and all that is still on the horizon, Jameson fights. He inspires all of us to buckle up and bulldoze any obstacle that gets in the way of living.

Meet our newest hero, Sophia! Sweet 20-month-old Sophia was diagnosed with Infant Pre B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) with KMT2A gene rearrangement, but despite all she's been through she remains the brightest ray of sunshine wrapped in a little tiny package.
